When the day and the circumstances come to the point that they block you and you can’t breathe then there is only one way to shine back to you by: Coming back to your breath:
Every time you hear about the virus and anything that has to do with negative thoughts and you don’t want this to reflect on you, take the moment to breathe deeply in and focus on a beautiful happy picture-memory from your life, let that picture flow within in your mind your body. Feel the picture remember how it made you feel in that time and let it be your picture of the day so every time you feel stressed just bring that picture to your mind and breath in and out deeply down your tummy.
It can even be a word that makes you happy and brings in you joy and happiness.
Practice the breathing with the memory picture for at list 7 minutes.
You can seat or lie down and go in a state of letting go from everything thoughts and sounds if you get distracted try to picture your memory or your powerful word by breathing in deeply and out slowly.
It’s the time for your transformation, and believe me it is very powerful it will help you and you will help others around you.
